Beginner German: First Quarter

Upon the completion of this Quarter, students will be able to to speak about topics of interest, such as family and favorite activities, and express likes/dislikes, desires, and needs. Students will also have a solid foundation in basic German grammar and will have mastered the fundamentals of reading and writing short German texts, as well as listening comprehension skills that open up the world of German music.

Note: Students who wish to enroll after the enrollment date will be accepted, but students are strongly encouraged to enroll by the enrollment date. Early enrollment can guarantee that a class has met its minimum enrollment to run and can allow students to participate in selecting a meeting time.
